**Job Title**: Graphic Web Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new website layouts, user interfaces, and graphics.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and functional.
- Maintain brand consistency across web pages, ensuring all design elements align with the company’s guidelines.
- Optimize graphics and layouts for responsiveness across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Work with the marketing and content teams to ensure that web design reflects marketing campaigns, content strategy, and brand messaging.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback to continuously improve designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design issues on live websites as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a graphic/web designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic design skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or other industry-standard tools.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics, with experience collaborating with developers.
- Experience with web design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and usability.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
- Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality work under pressure.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with UI/UX design.
- Knowledge of animation tools such as After Effects or Adobe Animate.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
