**Position Title**: Marketing and Call Handling Specialist
**Job Summary**:
- The Marketing and Call Handling Specialist is responsible for executing marketing initiatives and efficiently managing inbound and outbound calls to support the company's sales and marketing efforts.
- This role involves creating and implementing marketing campaigns, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to clients over the phone.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Handle inbound calls from customers, answering inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and conduct customer surveys or feedback sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are properly qualified and transferred for further follow-up.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or call handling preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
