a.Development of new layout periodically by analyzing the viewer flow trend through Google Analytics

b. Handling the maintenance work with the agency or with internal IT head in case of any technical issues in the website.

Account Management:
Managing The Brand Presence and Reputation in following platforms:
a. Google : Brand And Product Awareness, Answering customer’s query or prospect customer’s query on our products and services through our Google Business listing.

b. Facebook: Brand Management & Audience Engagement through different kinds of activities ,Awareness creation for product and policy, Generating footfalls for offline stores and to create scope for online sale, Answering customer’s query or prospect customer’s query on our products and services through our FB business page.

c. Instagram: Brand Management & Audience Engagement through different kinds of activities ,Awareness creation for product and policy, Generating footfalls for offline stores and to create scope for online sale

d. Twitter : Brand Management & Audience Engagement through different kinds of activities ,Awareness creation for product and policy

e. LinkedIn: Brand Management ,Awareness creation for general product and specialized products

Data Analysis:
a. Analysis of sales data to identify the key trends.

b. Analysis of the Google data through Google Analytics to understand the audience

c. Analysis of Google Analytics data V/s online sale data to identify the user behavior and purchase pattern.

d. Analysis of Google Analytics data V/s Offline Sale data (Via Online Appointment Booking) V/s Phone Call data (calls generated through Google activities)

Competitor Tracking:
a. Tracking of national and regional competitors based upon following attributes:
i. Offerings: Products and Schemes

ii. Communication behavior

iii. Price Comparison

iv. Business Direction

v. Product innovation

Budgeting:
a. Monthly and yearly budget allocation and monitoring of all expenses for the digital platforms

External Vendor Management:
a. Working as an commutation bridge between TMT and Digital Marketing Agency

b. Working with the Digital Marketing Agency for the ideation of the daily posts for different social platforms.

Report Management:
a. Preparation of sale report

b. Preparation of campaign wise annual expenditure report

c. Preparation of different reports depending on the needs of online business.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
