**Job Description - Purchase Executive**

**Designation - Executive**

**Job role**

Responsible for sourcing and buying materials, goods and services following the General Manager’s input on behalf of the organisation to be used or resold in everyday operations of the factories.

1 **Raw Material Daily Report**

a) Responsible for maintaining the Raw Material Daily Report; this includes updating
- Everyday price of the raw materials.
- Purchase orders made on raw materials.
- Vendor details.
- Invoice entry and its changes.

b) Also responsible for submitting this report to the General Manager for evaluation and acting as per their input after the evaluation.

2 **Order Placing**

Responsible for placing orders for the scrap materials used in the manufacturing process and following up on the same throughout the process.

3 **Negotiation**

Responsible for confirming everyday prices with the vendors and negotiating with them on every possible occasion.

4 **ERP updates**

Responsible for updating invoices in the Enterprise Resource Planning portal every day while duly generating and submitting its report to the General Manager.

5 **Quality Checking**

Responsible for thoroughly checking the quality of delivered raw materials and deducting the price or returning the raw materials to the vendors, in case the delivered raw materials contain waste more than the permissible level.

6 **Coordination**

Responsible for coordinating with the Accounts Department to process the purchases made on behalf of the organization.

7 **Research**

Responsible for researching potential vendors and suppliers while inspecting their products and updating records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

- Purchase Executive: 4 years (required)
- Corination with Accounts Deprtment: 4 years (required)
- maintaining the Raw Material Daily Report: 4 years (required)
- making purchase and invoice entry on a daily basis: 3 years (required)
- placing orders for the scrap materials: 4 years (required)
- Daily entering, managing & updating invoices in ERP portal: 4 years (required)
- Quality Checking on a daily basis: 4 years (required)
