**Job Title: Front Office Executive**

**Job Summary**:
As a front office executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive and professional experience for all individuals interacting with the organization. Your duties will include managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area by keeping it tidy and well-organized.
- Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Provide support to other administrative staff as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of at least 6 months as a front office executive or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or hospitality management are a plus.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
