pick up and issuance activities 1. Plan resources ( manpower
material handling equipments ) are in place to carry out storage
pick up and issuance activities 2. Prepare a plan to upkeep and maintain racks in proper condition. Ensure timely availability of skilled manpower for operating order picker and scissor picker 3. Do material (FG from MIDC & TRP ) arrangement and storage as per FIFO in appropriate identified racks and location 4. Identify dry cover belts and ensure dry cover belts are stored at identified location which shall be free from dust While storage of material
check FG material and dry cover belts shall not come in contact with floor
place them on either tarpolene & pallets 5. Do frequent checks of belts to identify any fungus or dust deposition on belts 6. Do correct mapping of rack material and rack number in system 7. Indetify shelf life expired belts as per process
ensure its liquidation as per process and are kept in quarantined warehouse 8. Ensure material picking and issue is done as per packing plan and its issued correctly to packer 9. Ensure internal and external audit compliance 10. Ensure training and development activities of contract labors according to their respective skill gaps 11. Identify pain areas and implement kaizens
