**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance to clients on visa requirements for various countries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Assist clients in preparing necessary documentation and forms.
- Collaborate with travel agents and other departments to streamline processes and enhance client experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel and Tourism, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in visa processing or related roles in the tours and travel industry.
- Strong understanding of international visa requirements and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and visa processing software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with travel management systems.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
