**Process : English & Hindi Voice (E-commerce)**

**Designation : Customer Support Voice - Domestic (Inbound/Outbound)**

**Minimum 1 year of on-paper BPO experience is mandatory.**

**Graduation is mandatory.**

**Requirements**:Any Graduate **with **minimum 1 year of BPO experience.**

Salary **:Upto 27K CTC (in-hand 23K)**

**Salary slabs**:
**1 year to 2 years : 24K or 25K CTC**

**2-3 years : 26K CTC**

**3-5 years : 27K CTC**

Shifts **:Any 9 hour day shift between 8AM to 8PM**

Working days **:6 days working**

Week-off : any 1 rotational week-off.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling customers' inquiries and providing solutions through phone calls.
- Gathering customer information and explain service options and procedures.
- Identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate actions.
- Following up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Documenting customer interactions and provide feedback on customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of computer systems and software.

**Aadhaar number mandatory.**

**Salary**: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
