**Responsibilities and Duties**

Production planning and daily work distribution.

Planning and handling of manpower on daily and weekly basis.

Should perform manufacturing practices in Bolus, Powder and Syrup

department.

Documentation updating, daily reports, cleaning, calibration, records, log

books.

Should handle effectively Granulation, Compression, Coating, Packing and

various production related activities.

Active calculation, dispensing of raw materials and batch reconciliation on

various stages.

In process checking on various intermediate stage of granulation,

compression and coating.

Should handle process of validation batches.

To ensure online documentation of production activity on timely basis.

Review of batch manufacturing record and other related documents for its

completion of intermediate and final stage.

Responsible to give line clearances for different operations like Dispensing

(Packing Material and Raw Material), Granulation, Compression, Coating,

Packing (Primary and Secondary Packing).

Review of Batch manufacturing record and Batch packing record

Monitoring of primary and secondary packing operations of Bottle filling

(CVC line), Blister packing and Bulk packing operations of commercial and

Bio/Exhibit batches

On line in process checks entries in BPR.

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- work: 5 years (preferred)

Qualification:

- Approved Chemist in Tablet, Capsule/Powder and Liquid. Bachelor's (required)

Licence:

- B Pharma (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
