**Position**: Content Writer

**Experience Required**: More than 3 years

**Salary Range: 2.4 - 3.6 LPA (based on qualifications and experience)**

**Responsibilities**:
2. Conduct in-depth research to gather relevant information and ensure accuracy and credibility in the content produced.

3. Develop captivating and persuasive copy that effectively communicates our brand message and resonates with the target audience.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and product, to understand project requirements and deliver content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy.

5. Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, coherence, and adherence to brand guidelines.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging content formats to continually enhance the quality and relevance of our content offerings.

7. Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve visibility and organic rankings.

8. Analyze content performance metrics, gather insights, and make data-driven recommendations for content optimization and improvement.

9. Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand identity across all content pieces.

10. Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

2. Proven work experience as a Content Writer or similar role, with a track record of delivering high-quality content.

3. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and punctuation.

5. Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices to optimize content for search engines.

6. Ability to conduct thorough research on a wide range of topics and synthesize complex information into concise and engaging content.

7. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and approaches.

8. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free content.

10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
