**Job Title**: Production Incharge

**Qualification**:Any degree with relevant work experience/Added advantage if have a diploma degree in têxtile/quality management.

**Experience**:5-7 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up production lines according to layouts, operator efficiency.
- monitor and manage hourly/daily production, ensuring targets are met and all production activities sewing, checking on time.
- Collaborate closely with the cutting department to ensure timely in-housing of cut panels for specific styles before the production commencement.
- Ensure the in-housed cut panels meet the required standards in terms of both quality and quantity.
- Coordinating with the purchase and store department to facilitate the timely in-housing of production sewing accessories.
- Proactively manage inventory to prevent production stoppages caused by material shortages or delays.
- Provide clear instructions to operators regarding fabric type, handling, stitch/thread colour, and machine settings for each new style.
- Communicate overall, daily, and hourly production targets to operators.
- Motivate the operator to achieve the targeted output.
- Perform in-line inspection and end-of-line inspection in sewing floor.
- Ensure that 7-point system is implemented in inspecting the garments produced in a line.
- In case of defects identified, find the cause of the defect and rectify it to avoid further recurrence.
- Maintain daily reports on percentage of defects, type of defects and stage at which identified in a particular style or order and CA/PA taken thereafter.
- Monitor the repeated issues and perform root cause analysis to avoid its recurrence thereafter.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
