Accounts Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the curriculum guidelines and educational standards.
- Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars.
- Assess, evaluate, and grade students' coursework, assignments, and exams.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students to help them achieve academic success.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of commerce and incorporate relevant knowledge into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in departmental meetings and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as commerce clubs, competitions, and educational trips.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding students' progress and any issues that may arise.
- Adhere to school policies and regulations, including those related to student discipline and classroom management.

**Qualifications**:

- M Com
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience at the college level.
- Proficiency in English
- Strong knowledge of the commerce curriculum and educational standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning needs.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools for teaching.
