**Requirements**:
Skills ->

1.Should have atleast 8 years of relevant and hands-on experience across several automation tools such as

a)Tricentis TOSCA(Must)

b)Open source tools - Selenium with Java or C#(Must)

c)Worksoft Certify(Nice to have)

d)AccelQ(Nice to have)

e)Leapwork(Nice to have)

3.Should have prior experience of various test automation supporting tools such as

a)Saucelabs/Browerstack

b)AWS/Google cloud/Azure/Docker/Kubernetes

c)Jenkins/Azure Devops

3.Should have played Architect level role in test automation with tasks including test tools installation, test framework development, automated test script development, script reviews, sign-off

4.Should have prior experience of managing test automation delivery of a client.

5.Should have prior experience of working on any of the following enterprise platforms

a)SAP

b)Salesforce

c)Oracle

d)Workday

6.Should have prior experience or awareness of processes involved in technical sales/pre-sales, supporting RFPs, POC

7.Should have involved in some of test automation transformation journeys (e.g. Test automation execution optimization, Improved test maintanance, Improved test automation run efficiency, 8.Improved test automation coverage, improved test automation maturity etc)

9.Test automation certification (Tricentis/AccelQ) is nice to have.

10.Self-driven and result oriented.

11.Good articulation and presentation skills

Roles and responsibilities ->

Testing delivery:
1.Manage the testing/test automation delivery of multiple accounts/proof-of-concepts/test assessments.

2.Manage a team of automation engineers.

3.Resolve client escalations

4.Developing test plans, test effort estimations

5.Conduct interviews to hire the best of talent from market.

6.Conduct internal automation upskilling/training programs.

CoE:
1.Conduct test automation maturity assessment, automation discovery, test automation solutioning and defining roadmap activities for new clients.

2.Build new capabilities in Enterprise automation - New tools, enhancements etc

3.Troubleshoot technical automation issues across projects and help team fixing them.

4.Support sales/pre-sales team with scoping, effort estimations, proof-of-concepts, technical sales etc

5.Contribution to enterprise automation marketing collaterals - blogs, white papers, webinars

6.Develop, Maintain, and manage reusable automated test scripts repository.

7.Innovate and build best practices in enterprise automation.
