Customer Service Associate

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in determining pricing strategies for products/services.
- Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Analyze market trends and competitors’ pricing to optimize strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of pricing, quotes, and customer feedback.
- Support the sales team with customer-related information and reports.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pricing and customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
