- Making outbound calls to Customers for Collection of emi payment and achieving the daily/ monthly targets.
- Negotiate payment plans and follow up on commitments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve disputes effectively.
**Required Skills**:
- Age : 22-34Years
- Prior experience of Min 1year in call centre in emi collection process
- Good at Speaking Telugu, Hindi & English
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
