Job Title: Backend Operations Coordinator
**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Order Processing Management**:
- Receive and review incoming orders.
- Verify receipt of signed copies and advance payments as per buyer's payment terms.
- Prepare production sheets based on instructions provided in respective party-wise folders.
- Share final orders with the production team to initiate the production process.
**2. **Material Procurement and Coordination**:
- Coordinate with various stakeholders for procurement of raw materials, packing materials, stickers, and pouch printing.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications for sticker making, packing materials, and pouches.
**3. **Inventory and Stock Management**:
- Collaborate with the backend team to ensure timely readiness of stock.
- Conduct daily reviews with the team to identify and address any gaps in the workflow.
- Maintain stock registers and document container dispatch activities.
**4. **Quality Control and Compliance**:
- Conduct thorough checks on stickers, packing materials, and pouches to verify accuracy and compliance with buyer requirements.
- Ensure stickers adhere to specified formats and contain all necessary information such as item name, net weight, ingredients, etc.
- Coordinate with suplier for sticker printing requirements, including sticker size and type (transparent or paper).
**5. **Container Dispatch Process**:
- Oversee the process after container pick-up or stuffing.
- Take pictures of stock register before dispatching containers for documentation purposes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in backend operations or a similar role within the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and compliance standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues proactively.
