**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**

?Responsible for lead generation and conversion into sales.

?Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

?Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.

?Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

?Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

?Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

?Coordination with sales team.

?**Requirment**:
?A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

?Required 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing.

?Required prior sales experience in networking and the AIDC industry specifically preferred in the field of RFID.

?Demonstrated ability actively manage multiple tasks.

?Must be goal oriented, persuasive, self-motivated and independent.

?Past achievement in new and expanded client business generation.

?Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

?Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

?Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

?Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
