Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
**Customer Support**:Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and policies.
Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Communicate effectively and professionally, maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Product Knowledge**:Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Pearl Organisation's products and services.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and any changes in company policies.

**Collaboration**:Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer input and inquiries.

**Quality Assurance**:Ensure that customer interactions adhere to company policies and standards.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.

**Feedback and Improvement**:Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in products or services.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer care processes.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

**Salary**: ₹13,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dehra Dun - 248001, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Communication skills: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
