**Job Description: Lead Hub Incharge**

**Location**: Meerut, Amroha, PitalNagri, Roshanpur, Shahjahanpur (Hub_SJ)
**Salary**: ₹7-8.5 LPA
**Experience**: Prior experience in last-mile operations is mandatory

**Role Overview**

The Lead Hub Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned hubs, ensuring efficient and seamless last-mile delivery processes. The role demands a strong leader with operational expertise, team management skills, and the ability to meet key performance metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operations Management**:

- Manage and supervise last-mile delivery operations for the assigned hubs.
- Optimize routes and delivery schedules to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery SLAs.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of delivery associates and hub staff.
- Ensure team adherence to operational standards and safety protocols.
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve performance goals.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Address escalations related to deliveries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient operations.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Track hub performance and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Analyze operational data to identify and address bottlenecks.
- **Coordination**:

- Liaise with central operations, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in last-mile logistics, hub management, or similar roles.
- **Education**:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of last-mile operations and logistics.
- Proficient in team management and leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with technology-driven logistics tools and software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹59,000.00 - ₹71,000.00 per month
