**Responsibilities**:
l **Outbound Calls**:
² Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided script.Introduce company products/services, highlighting their features and benefits.

l **Lead Generation**:
² Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening. Record and maintain accurate information about leads and customer interactions in the database.

l **Customer Relationship Management**:
² Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns promptly.

l **Achieve Sales Targets**:
² Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall sales objectives.

l **Follow-Up**:
² Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.Keep potential customers engaged and interested in our products/services.

l **Documentation**:
² Prepare and submit daily and weekly call reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping.Document customer feedback and share insights with the sales team.

l **Adherence to Procedures**:
² Follow established procedures and guidelines in all customer interactions.Comply with company policies and ethical standards.

l **Communication Skills**:
² Excellent verbal communication skills.Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.

l **Interpersonal Skills**:
² Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly.
