Dispatcher/customer Service Representative

BILINGUAL/ENGLISH IS A REQUIREMENT. We are looking for an experienced Phone Coordinator/Dispatcher to answer phones, coordinate technician schedules, following up with clients is extremely important, clerical/daily administrative duties and assist with special projects as needed. Must be comfortable answering a high volume of calls from the US and scheduling technician routes in an efficient manner. We are looking for a dedicated professional with an eye for detail, an interest in professionalism and a commitment to positive customer service experiences.
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: 15,000 - 25,000/month plus bonus potential
Schedule:
- 9-11 hour shift depending on season
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 5 years (preferred)
- Schedule management: 2 years (preferred)
Work Location: Remote
**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
