Social Media Marketing Assistant

A social media marketer is responsible for planning, executing, and managing a company's social media strategy. The main objective of this role is to increase brand awareness and drive engagement and traffic through social media channels.

The following are the primary responsibilities of a social media marketer:
1. Developing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals of the company

2. Creating, curating, and managing a calendar of social media content that is relevant, engaging, and on-brand

3. Engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner

4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, creative, and product, to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all social media channels

5. Monitoring and analysing social media metrics to continually improve and optimise social media performance

6. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and making recommendations for new and innovative ways to reach target audiences

7. Building and maintaining relationships with influencers and other key players in the industry

8. Managing advertising campaigns on social media platforms, such as Facebook and
Instagram, to increase visibility and reach

9. Creating and managing social media content for special projects and events
Requirements for a social media marketer include:
1. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
2. Proven experience as a social media marketer, with a strong portfolio of work to showcase
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong organisational and project management skills
5. Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,

LinkedIn, and YouTube
6. Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
7. Knowledge of graphic design, photo and video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative

Suite) is a plus

8. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
9. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
