**We are looking for someone**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential learners from the pool and evaluate their soft skills and technical skills to match them with suitable companies.
- Coordinate with curriculum designers to ensure the soft skills curriculum aligns with industry requirements.
- Conduct mock interviews and assessments to prepare learners for company interviews.
- Guide learners in the process of resume building and job search.
- Track and analyze placement data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Keep our learner pool engaged with potential job offers and placement opportunities.

**Skills / Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, placement or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working with a diverse dataset of people and personalities.
- Proficient with digital tools and software, such as Google Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals.
