**Position: Jr. Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide instructions & facilitate the team to carry out the experiments as per intended discussions & planning.
- To discuss the chemistry and risks associated with the proposed activity/task with subordinates.
- Effectively communicate with team to ensure the thorough understanding on the points discussed.
- Continuous monitoring of the intended operations & reaction proceedings.
- To review & verify the points stated in the log sheets on daily basis highlighting with remarks for deviation if any to report the same to immediate superior.
- Ensure the execution of waste disposal as per SOP.
- Review the MSDS before initiating any new Project.
- Literature study for new project.
- To independently set-up the reaction for batch process.
- To operate/handle/troubleshoot the key R&D instruments.
- Sample Collection & report submit ion.
- Analysis of reaction results such as yield, mass balance.
- To prepare experiment summaries and presentations.
- Effectively communicate the experimental findings on weekly & monthly basis through proper presentations & documentation.
- Hazop Study
