**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales strategies and activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales management role in real estate.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive sales environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

**Salary**: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
