**Responsibilities**:
Design and conduct experiments to develop and optimize new chemical formulations, processes, and products.
Analyze and interpret experimental results, drawing meaningful conclusions to guide further research efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and production personnel, to bring new products from concept to commercialization.
Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements in chemistry, and emerging technologies to contribute to innovative solutions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures, data, and outcomes.
Troubleshoot and address challenges in the development process, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
Participate in the scale-up and pilot production of developed formulations.
Assist in the validation of analytical methods and the characterization of raw materials and finished products.
Contribute to intellectual property development through the identification and documentation of novel ideas and technologies.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards in all R&D activities.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's in Chemistry or a related field.
Proven experience in research and development, preferably in a laboratory or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of chemical principles, analytical techniques, and laboratory instrumentation.
Experience with formulation development, process optimization, and scale-up.
Proficient in data analysis and statistical tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality and reliable results.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality management systems.
