Customer Care Executive

**Job Title**: Customer Care Executive (UK campaign)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**: Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
- **Problem Solving**: Diagnose and resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Communication**: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to resolve issues. This includes maintaining composure under stress and handling complex customer issues.
- **Data Management**: Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software.
- **Feedback and Improvement**: Offer feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and contribute to improving customer service procedures.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and professional level of customer service.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Follow-up**: Ensure proper follow-up or escalation of customer issues as needed.
- **Compliance and Reporting**: Adhere to company policies and procedures and provide timely reports on customer interactions as required.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability and patience.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and demanding customers.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in relevant software.
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
**Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in customer service is an advantage.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
**Benefits**:
