**Job Overview**

We're currently looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Designer specializing in the skincare industry, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand designs. Your role will involve collaborating with the marketing team to produce high-quality graphics for promotional materials, print media, designing for various digital platforms such as social media, website and landing pages.If you're passionate about design and have a proven track record in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Brand Development:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand.
- Ensure consistency in design elements across all channels and materials.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with marketing, events, and communication teams to understand their design needs.
- Attend brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.

Print and Digital Design:

- Create visually engaging designs for print materials such as brochures, banners, and promotional merchandise.

Adherence to Brand Guidelines:

- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and standards.
- Provide guidance to other departments on maintaining brand consistency in their materials.

Stay Updated on Design Trends:

- Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate fresh and innovative design elements into projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on the skincare/ecommerce industry.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite & Figma
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and user behaviour.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
