Position Name: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Trivandrum

Years of Experience: 10-12 years

**Position Overview**:
Extensive knowledge and hands on experience of card issuing and merchant acquiring business across all major card schemes - Visa, MasterCard, Rupay & CUP.

**Responsibilities**:

- Degree/Diploma with 10-12 years’ experience in Banking /financial sector/any relevant domains is a must.
- Must be very fluent in English, strong written, oral communication skills and able to manage user / vendor / customer.
- Should have good working knowledge on banking procedures relates to card transactions
- Be informed regularly about updates on changing industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Identify system gaps with standards and new changes in industry.
- Analyse client business requirements, liaise with client(s)/project team(s), and produce functional specification document for addressing the requirements.
- Assist in the production of various collaterals - User guide, Functions and Features documentation, process flows and other internal/external training collaterals
- Suggest product innovation ideas based on market trend, market analysis for matching opportunities and suggesting new marketing strategies
- Create and conduct presentations to clients about system capabilities
- Marketing mailers and communications and client calls
- Knowledge on Payment Operations and Scheme wise clearing and settlement process
- Liaise with Schemes on certifications and compliance
- Working knowledge of reconciliation process
- Understanding of bank requirements, compliance and government directives
