**Role Description**
An associate is responsible for ensuring we deliver timely and accurate information to all participants. Associate should identify process improvements by identifying issues, process delays, and quality problems and recommend solutions. Should work with the Leads and others to resolve participant issues.
**Key Responsibilities**: -**
- Understands and contributes positively to meeting client SLA’s, PG’s.
- Maintain internal & client defined quality scores.
- Ability to prioritize work continually and produce a significant volume of work efficiently within performance standards.
- Ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups and follow SOP’s
- Articulate complex client plans and provisions in a simplified and understandable manner to take an informed decision.
- Helps in identifying issues, process delays, and quality problems and recommends solutions and executes.
- Work with leads to ensure delivery in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Take complete ownership of self-learning & development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.
- Able to practice logical reasoning and critical thinking.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Education to University degree level.
- 2-5 Years experience
- Coordination, organization, prioritization and multi-tasking
- Problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to follow processes, as well as identifying process improvement opportunities
- Energetic and friendly, upbeat telephone personality, positive “can-do” attitude
