Customer Service Executive

Mandatory:

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring their needs are addressed in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients in English, understanding their requirements, and providing accurate and relevant information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Handle and resolve customer escalations, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to resolving problems to the customer's satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in an international environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in additional languages will be considered a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Knowledge of international cultures and business etiquette to effectively communicate and engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
