Provide technical support and assistance to ensure seamless operation of computer systems, networks, and technology infrastructure.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Technical Support (50%)*

1. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

3. Resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently.

*Maintenance and Upgrades (20%)*

1. Perform routine maintenance, updates, and backups.

2. Install, configure, and test computer systems and software.

3. Ensure compliance with IT security policies.

*Network Administration (15%)*

1. Assist in managing network infrastructure.

2. Monitor network performance and report issues.

3. Collaborate with IT team on network upgrades.

*Documentation and Training (10%)*

1. Maintain accurate records of IT systems and processes.

2. Provide basic training to users on software and hardware.

3. Develop and update IT documentation.

*Vendor Coordination (5%)*

1. Assist in managing vendor relationships.
