Job scope includes

Managing distributor performance to achieve annual sales targets,

Developing trust and strong partnership with distributor to ensure sustainable long term growth,

Executing the channel strategy with the support of Country Leader & Channel Development team.

Monitoring all sales, orders, product performance, and Partner’s & Consumer’s feedback to further improve the product.

Preferably from CCTV or surveillance product industry with knowledge of CCTV Industry, but not compulsory.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
