**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Instructional Duties**:

- **Classroom Management**:
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.

- Manage student behavior and promote self-regulation, fostering a conducive learning environment.
- **Student Assessment**:
- Assess student progress through observations, quizzes, tests, and assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Use assessments to identify learning gaps and tailor instruction to meet individual needs.
- **Social and Emotional Development**:
- Promote the emotional and social development of students, encouraging positive relationships and self-confidence.
- Act as a mentor and guide, helping students develop skills like teamwork, empathy, and conflict resolution.
- Foster students’ independence and self-discipline.
- **Communication & Collaboration**:
- Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss student development.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and the school administration to ensure consistent and coordinated teaching strategies.
- **Curriculum & Resource Development**:
- Create lesson plans and classroom activities that are interactive, creative, and aligned with the learning goals.
- Use technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Adapt teaching materials to address students' individual learning styles and abilities.
- **Classroom Environment**:
- Design a classroom environment that is inviting and stimulating, with displays of student work and educational materials.
- Ensure that the classroom is organized and equipped with necessary supplies and teaching aids.

- Participate in professional development workshops, meetings, and trainings.
- Stay updated on new teaching methodologies and educational trends.
