**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at Kundan Spaces in Pune. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, creating marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and analyzing marketing data. The Marketing Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective brand communication and lead generation.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial real estate projects.

3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for differentiation.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support the sales process through effective marketing materials and initiatives.

5. Manage the company's online presence, including the website and social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

6. Plan and coordinate events, including open houses, property launches, and community engagement activities.

7. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

8. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives within budget and timeline constraints.

9. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

10. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and clients.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of market research and analysis
- Ability to create and manage marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in social media management
- Analytical skills and ability to analyse marketing data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- 5+ years of Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
