**Job Description**:
As a Banquet Sales Executive specializing in events, you will be responsible for driving revenue through the proactive sale of banquet and event spaces. This dynamic role involves engaging with clients, understanding their event needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of events. The focus is on achieving sales targets, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the banquet and events department.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Actively promote and sell banquet and event spaces to potential clients, targeting corporate events, weddings, conferences, and other special occasions.
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through networking, outreach, and relationship building.
- **Client Consultation**:

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and expectations.
- Propose customized event packages and solutions to meet client needs and budget constraints.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with the banquet operations team, catering, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
- Communicate client requirements and expectations to internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
- **Event Planning and Logistics**:

- Assist clients in planning and coordinating various aspects of their events, including catering, audio-visual requirements, decor, and logistics.
- Provide guidance on available amenities and services to enhance the overall event experience.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Set and achieve sales targets for banquet and event spaces, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- **Contract Negotiation**:

- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring a balance between meeting their expectations and maximizing revenue for the venue.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to make recommendations for improvements and innovations.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of banquet and event planning, logistics, and coordination.
- Results-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Familiarity with event industry trends and innovations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client events.
- Proficiency in relevant software for sales tracking and customer relationship management.
- Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and creating memorable events for clients.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
