Job Summary:
As a Violinist in a Cafe, you will be responsible for providing live musical entertainment to patrons, enhancing their dining experience with your talent and skill on the violin. Your performance will contribute to the ambiance and atmosphere of the cafe, creating a memorable and enjoyable environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform live music on the violin during designated shifts, as scheduled by the cafe management.
- Create a diverse repertoire of music suitable for the cafe atmosphere, including classical, jazz, contemporary, and popular songs.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to song requests and interacting with patrons during breaks.
- Maintain a high level of musical proficiency, practicing regularly to refine technique and expand repertoire.
- Collaborate with other musicians or performers, if applicable, to coordinate sets and create cohesive performances.
- Adhere to the cafe's guidelines regarding volume levels and musical style, ensuring that the music enhances rather than overwhelms the dining experience.
- Set up and dismantle equipment as needed, including amplifiers, music stands, and any additional accessories required for your performance.
- Promote the cafe's brand and atmosphere through your musical performance, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist with marketing efforts, such as promoting special events or themed nights featuring live music.
- Communicate effectively with cafe management regarding scheduling, repertoire selection, and any issues or concerns related to your performance.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in playing the violin, with a strong foundation in classical technique and the ability to perform various musical styles.
- Previous experience performing as a soloist or ensemble member in live music settings, preferably in cafes, restaurants, or similar venues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Reliable and punctual, with a professional demeanor and a passion for delivering high-quality musical performances.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and accommodate special events or promotions.
- Knowledge of music theory and the ability to read sheet music, improvise, and arrange music is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of sound equipment and amplification systems used in live music settings.
- Commitment to upholding the standards and values of the cafe, including customer service excellence and maintaining a positive work environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
