**Role and Responsibilities**
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle database systems, including performance tuning, database crashes, data corruption, and system errors.
- Identify and implement performance enhancements for Oracle systems, such as optimizing SQL queries, tuning database parameters, and improving system resource utilization.
- Ensure Oracle database systems comply with security policies and standards, implementing security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Expertise in Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Oracle Golden Gate, ODG, Exadata
- Experience in OEM - Installing agents, configuring reports and monitoring through OEM cloud control.
- Expert knowledge in ASM & RAC installation, configuration & troubleshooting
- Good Knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Experience in Configuring Shell scripts and PL/SQL Scripts
- Risk Analysis and mitigation planning.
- Good knowledge of Oracle licensing
- Collaborate with L1 and L2 support teams to resolve escalated incidents in a timely manner and provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities, including troubleshooting steps, solutions, and system configurations. Create and update technical documentation as needed.
- Mentor and train junior support engineers and share best practices and expertise with the support team.
- Stay current with Oracle technologies and industry best practices and propose improvements and enhancements to the Oracle environment.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- Oracle Certified Associate/Professional certification

**Preferred Skills**
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Knowledge of Open-source Databases, IBM DB2, MS-SQL and MySQL databases.

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
