**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Network Development**:
- Lead the strategic planning and development of the provider network to ensure comprehensive coverage and access to high-quality care for members.
- Identify and recruit key healthcare providers and facilities to join the network.
- Analyze market trends and healthcare industry developments to inform network strategy.
- **High-Level Contract Negotiations**:
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with major healthcare providers and facilities.
- Develop and manage provider contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key provider partners.
- **Provider Relationship Management**:
- Serve as the primary executive liaison between the organization and healthcare providers.
- Address and resolve complex provider issues and concerns.
- Facilitate regular communication and collaboration with providers to enhance network performance.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Oversight**:
- Ensure all provider network activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Oversee the credentialing and re-credentialing processes to maintain a high standard of provider quality.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance.
