Accounts Executive

**JOB BRIEF: -**

We are looking for a diligent financial accountant to be responsible for supporting decision-making and overseeing financial information. The financial accountant's responsibilities, overseeing tax payments (mandatory compliances), and conducting internal audits.

To be successful as a financial accountant, you should have an accounting degree and experience as an accountant. Ultimately, a seasoned Financial Accountant should be competent in financial principles and ensure the organization complies with the law.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -**
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (invoicing, and other transactions).
- Proper knowledge of GST & TDS returns & filling.
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.
- Proper knowledge of advance taxes, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare balance sheets.
- Process invoices.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Participate in financial audits.
- Conducting internal audits.
- Overseeing tax payments.
- Keeping up-to-date with financial policies, practices, and regulations.
- Complying with state and federal tax regulations.
- Track bank deposits and payments
- Review and implement financial policies

**REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS: -**
- Accounting or finance degree.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping competencies.
- Excellent mathematical skills.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to remain confidential.
- Additional certification is a bonus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
