We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing eye-catching ad banners and dynamic motion graphics for our various marketing campaigns. Your ability to blend artistic talent with technical expertise will be essential in delivering compelling visual content that resonates with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Ad Banner Design**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
- Conceptualize and design static ad banners for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and online advertising channels.
- Ensure that the ad banners adhere to the brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity.

**Motion Graphics Design**:

- Utilize your expertise in motion graphics to create engaging and interactive visual content.
- Develop animated ad banners, GIFs, and short videos that effectively convey marketing messages.
- Implement captivating transitions, effects, and animations to enhance the visual appeal of the motion graphics.

**Design Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry standards, integrating fresh and innovative ideas into your work.
- Optimize ad banners and motion graphics for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other designers to align design concepts with campaign goals.
- Receive and provide constructive feedback to continuously improve the quality of design deliverables.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
- Keep track of project progress and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
**Professional Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, specifically in creating ad banners and motion graphics for marketing campaigns.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in both static and dynamic visual design.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Familiarity with video editing and compositing tools is highly desirable.

**Creativity and Artistic Ability**:

- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing designs that align with marketing objectives.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography.

**Motion Graphics Expertise**:

- Solid understanding of motion design principles and animation techniques.
- Experience in creating captivating motion graphics and animations.
- Communication and Collaboration:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to receive feedback constructively and provide insights to improve design outcomes.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (preferred)
- Adobe After Effects: 1 year (preferred)
