**Role Overview**

As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and driving operational excellence. This high-ownership role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

Order Management
- Conduct verification calls for all new orders to ensure accuracy and confirmation.
- Ensure delivery success with timely dispatch and on-time delivery.
- Execute delivery process and provide prompt resolutions on Support Tickets
- Managing and building relationships with key stakeholders - Customers, Pickup & Delivery Executives & Management.

MIS and Performance Reporting
- Maintain daily operational reports, including delivery performance, NDR status, and stock levels.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for delivery and verification call issues.

Inventory and Stock Management
- Perform daily stock reconciliation to maintain accuracy in inventory records.

**Key Qualifications**
- Experience: 1-3 years in Tele
- Customer Support / Sales in operations, logistics, or e-commerce (startup experience preferred).
- Technical Skills: Basic Proficiency in Excel for reporting.
- Communication: Working proficiency in English and Hindi (knowledge of a South Indian language is an added advantage).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and order management systems is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
