Food Technologist

**FOOD TECHNOLOGIST - MALE CANDIDATES ONLY**

**Role & responsibilities**:
Need to create new food products that meet specific requirements such as taste, texture, shelf life and nutritional value. Responsible for creating spice mixes and ready to eat food. R&D & have expertise in food safety, processing.
- Trials for the developments of New Products and fine tuning of existing products, if requires as per the requirements of Market in discussion with me.
- Can test our products batches on regular basis.
- Keep record of batches for at least Six months.
- Communication with Business head and with Plant regularly on products and for discrepancies, if any.
- At least 2 years of experience especially in food industry B2B business and must have the knowledge of FSSAI Rules and Regulations.

**Qualification and Skills**:

- UG: B.Sc in Food Technology
- Good Communication skills required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience sales.
- Perform other maintenance duties as requested
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

**Office Timing**:
**9:00 am to 7:30 pm (Sunday off)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
