Job description

We are looking for a female Telesales Representative for our Immigration Services department, You should actively contact potential clients, educate them about our immigration services, and convert their interest into consultations or service packages. Your success will directly contribute to the company's growth and help individuals navigate the complex and often overwhelming process of immigration.

Also, you should be able to maintain a record of the customer details and update the same in the database. Moreover, you should be able to achieve your sales targets. You should be able to generate and direct sales leads to the Sales Representatives.

As a Telesales Representative, you should be well-spoken and can maintain a calm composure at all times. In addition to this, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also be able to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, inbound lead follow-up, and other assigned channels.
- Qualification and Consultation: Understand potential clients' immigration needs and goals, assess their eligibility for different visa or immigration pathways, and provide initial consultations by phone or online video conferencing.
- Sales Presentations: Effectively present the company's immigration services, highlighting the benefits and value proposition tailored to each client's specific situation.
- Objection Handling: Anticipate and address potential client concerns and objections about fees, processes, or eligibility. Build trust and confidence through informative and empathetic communication.
- Conversion and Closing: Secure appointments for in-depth consultations with immigration specialists or convert qualified leads into paying clients for service packages.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate positive relationships with potential and existing clients through professional and courteous communication. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and client information.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Update CRM systems with call logs, meeting notes, and client information. Participate in creating reports and analyzing sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and persuasive speaking voice.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to accurately assess client needs and goals.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and closing deals.
- Knowledge of common immigration pathways and visa options (depending on specific company focus).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Resilience and persistence in achieving sales targets.
