- Strong command over the English language and literature
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive English language and literature classes
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Encourage critical thinking and creativity in students
- Foster a love for reading and writing among students
- Create and implement innovative teaching strategies
