Vmc Programmer

**VMC PROGRAMMER**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VMC Operator to join our team. As a VMC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and programming vertical machining centers to produce precision parts and components. This position requires a strong understanding of machining principles, CNC programming, and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Set up and operate vertical machining centers to perform various machining operations.

2. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications to determine machining requirements.

3. Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, GibbsCAM) to achieve desired part geometry and tolerances.

4. Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding devices for each machining operation.

5. Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly for machining.

6. Monitor the machining process, make necessary adjustments to tooling and machine parameters, and perform in-process inspections to ensure quality and accuracy.

7. Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.

8. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience operating VMC machines in a manufacturing environment.

2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

3. Proficiency in CNC programming and G-code language.

4. Strong knowledge of machining principles, cutting tool selection, and feeds/speeds optimization.

5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) symbols.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

**Location:Rajpura**

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
