**Financial Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software or spreadsheets. This includes recording transactions, posting journal entries, and updating ledgers.
- **Accounts Payable**: Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying and processing invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization, and preparing payments. Maintain good relationships with suppliers and resolve any invoice discrepancies or issues.
- **Accounts Receivable**: Handle accounts receivable functions such as generating guest invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to guests, travel agencies, and other clients.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements with internal records on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- **Expense Management**: Monitor and control expenses by reviewing spending patterns, analyzing costs, and identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures. Assist in developing and implementing efficient expense management practices.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in preparing financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide financial data and analysis to management as needed to support decision-making.
- **Payroll Support**: Assist with payroll processing tasks, including calculating wages, preparing payroll reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Address any payroll-related inquiries from employees.
- **Budgeting Assistance**: Support the budgeting process by providing financial data, assisting in budget preparation, and monitoring budget performance throughout the fiscal year. Identify variances and report on budget deviations.
- **Auditing Support**: Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation, reconciliations, and other requested information. Ensure compliance with audit requirements and assist in implementing audit recommendations.
- **Ad Hoc Financial Tasks**: Assist with special financial projects, data analysis, or other tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager or Controller. This may include financial analysis, forecasting, or process improvement initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
