which shipment from Dronagiri, Mulund, Pune, Kandla, Pipavav, Ludhiana,

Baroda, Bombay, Indore, Other CHA etc...)
- B/L Preparing and Checking as per LC / Invoice.
- B/L format sending to party for approvals.
- After approve by Shipper Submitted B/L formats to S/Line before ENS cut off /Normal cut off & follow-up ENS Cut-Off / Normal Cut-Off.
- Taken Final Print outs of Various Shipping Line ie Noble, CMT, Greenwich, Freight Bridge,

Velji House b/l, Freight can, Dei Gratia & sending for further process.
- Taken Final Online B/L submitted through WEB, Inttra, CMA, APL etc.
- Arranging final b/l with stamping & given for further process.
- Follow-up container & seal no., vessel name, container wise break-up/ Booking No. & if any queries

sending mails to JNPT, Booking Desk / Pricing Dept etc.
- Correspondence through mail & phone to shipper as well as S/Line.
- Follow-up queries which is recd. from S/line & correspondence with them & arranging declarations

if any required by S/Lines.
- Preparing Certificates of S/line & sending for further process ie. ETD-ETA, Notary, non-blacklist Cert.,

Non
- Israeli Cert., Syrian cert., Feri No., CTN cert., CNCA cert. Etc &
Also arranging letters for Legalisations & other Certificates as per L/C terms & conditions.
- Preparing various Chamber of Commerce ie. Bombay chamber, Indo Arab, Memon chamber,

Maharashtra chamber, Indian merchant chamber etc.
- Arranging Letters as per shippers requirement & sending to S/Line ie. Surrender, Switch, Seaway,

Bank Guarantee letters etc. For further process.
- Correspondence with All overseas Agent ie. Agent of Mombasa, Dar Es Salamm, Valencia, Brazil Australia, UK etc.
- Reprocessing B/L (RE-Preparing,checking, approval &final printout) if any Revised Documents or

amendments recd. From concern dept.
- Preparing USA sectors B/L & sending to concern person.
- Checking documents for GSP, Non-Haz / Haz declaration & Insurance certificate if required & sending

to concern persons for further process.
- Checking documents, if any amendment/ changes if any required Sending to concern depts. for

amendments

Preparing & arranging USA sector B/Ls as per there rules & regulations.

Educational Qualifications:
Should be a University Graduate from any Stream

Good communication skills of English Language - written and spoken

Good communication skills for Business Language - written and spoken

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
