**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of solar energy products and materials.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against shipping documents.
- Safely and efficiently store solar products and materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products as per customer orders.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and meet delivery deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding warehouse operations.
- Report any issues or concerns regarding inventory, equipment, or safety to the warehouse supervisor.

Verification of the arrived products, verifying the counts and quality of the products.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI /Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software is advantageous.

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and recording inventory.
- Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and vendors.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and workflow demands.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
