**Job Overview: (FULLTIME WFH OPPORTUNITY)**
We are seeking motivated and proactive Health Advisors to join our team. As a Health Advisor, you will handle patient inquiries, respond to incoming calls, and assist patients with their consultations. This is a work-from-home opportunity, and we provide full training.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to incoming patient calls and messages promptly.
- Guide patients through the consultation process and confirm bookings.
- Follow up with patients when necessary to ensure they receive the best service.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of patient interactions.
- Communicate effectively via phone and WhatsApp.
**Requirements**:
- A laptop and a working phone for WhatsApp communication.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
- Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
**Shifts Available**:
- **Morning Shift**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- **Split Shift**: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM
**Benefits**:
